Iuliia Shnai owns a PhD in education technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT, Finland). She worked 10+ years in the field of education technology. She founded the company marble.so - an online learning platform on the intersection of product marketing and customer success. She has experience in managing Erasmus+ projects and worked on design education with more than 40 universities & companies from Finland, China, Russia and Australia. She is interested in online learning, education technology, customer training.
