Melanie holds a master’s degree from Harvard University with a specialization in diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership, and change frameworks for lasting impact, a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in performance psychology from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
